Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

We just needed a hotel for a single night for our family and the Futuroscope was absolutely grand. It was great being able to book connecting rooms and they worked really well. We arrived at about 10pm, so sadly weren't able to get food at the hotel. There are takeaway places close to the hotel, so we could grab something there. There's also a decent place for breakfast just next door. We took a trip into Poitiers itself, which was really nice. It cost about 20 euros each way in a taxi but was a great way to spend a few hours before we headed on

Chambre mal insonorisée. Les femmes de ménage frappent et rentrent sans attendre, c’est hyper gênant, le petit déjeuner est décevant ( pas prêt à 7h, certains pots de confiture vides, pas de jus de fruits pressés, uniquement des jus industriels, pas de viennoiseries à 7h…), personnels à l’accueil par contre au top. Ambiance de l’hôtel froide ( pas de fleurs, épurée,). Pas d’eau dans les chambres ni de gourde pour aller aux fontaines. Pas de chaussons dans les chambres, juste une savonnette ( nul pour un quatre étoiles). Bref, je n’y retournerai pas ni le recommanderai.
