Great location, Staff Great but facilities lacking
Great location close to lots. Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Hotel looks great and room very spacious. Breakfast had good choice for continental, can be a queue for tables at busy times. Bar is tiny and very limited so went to hotel bar next door which was much better. If you did want a drink no where to sit unless comfy chairs in reception. Our remote didnt work but was replaced quickly. the usb in room didnt work but thankfully alternative device in room. No instructions or information in rooms to assist in your stay. Was told if rewards member could get early check in, not available when got there even though some had booked ahead and some could not so a little inconsistent. Overall good stay but could do better and if want space to chill round a bar then this is not the hotel for you.

Service is not the best
Front desk customer service was not the best. They were very unaccommodating. An example was I asked for water for tea, they said there is a pot in the room and to use that. The pot smelled so I wanted hot water from a machine in the kitchen which was behind a curtain. They refused. It would literally take them opening a curtain. There were other situations as well. Perfume Smell in the room and all over the hotel is very overwhelming. I had to open windows to air out the room
