Great place with friendly staff, guests are in great spirits here to have a fun adventure in Lake Havasu City, there's a view of the lake and the beds are extremely comfortable. This hotel is in terrible shape. Walked across the floor after my shower and my feet were black. I had to clean my feet off before putting my socks and shoes on. Towels where rough and coarse against my skin. The tub needs replaced very old and worn out. Everything needs up dated from the floor tile to the ceiling. There were people standing outside that looked very sketchy. I would never stay here again!
