The condition is ok. But there are places where many things just stored at the hallway. The room is fine. I registered three adults, and there is just one king bed. The sofa is small and is not a sofa bed. The breakfast is very good in my opinion.

The check-in and lobby areas feel cramped and limited in space. The security check arch at the entrance seems unnecessary, as it is not being used by staff at all. The bar area occupies a significant portion of the lobby, yet it is rarely utilized by guests. Additionally, the pricing at the bar does not seem reasonable, making it less appealing to enjoy. The breakfast area is situated in a narrow space, and the plates are inconveniently placed on mid-row shelves, making them difficult to find. The food selection is average and could be improved to better align with the Radisson brand standards. That said, the hotel was generally clean, and the room was spotless, though the bathroom appeared slightly outdated. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel could be rated as a 3-star property.

The property is in such a bad condition I couldn’t believe it! AC doesn’t work! Room service sucks! I took pics and videos I will be writing a complaint to the parent company! I’d wouldn’t stay here next time! It’s not worth the price they’re charging I could stay at a much better hotel and pay a lot less!!!

Radisson blu gibi bir otele göre oda konforu çok vasatti. Odası çok daha geniş 4 yıldızlı hatta 3 yıldızlı otellerde kaldığım oldu. Dolap yoktu, bny ve duş dardi. Duş suyunun tazyikli yeterli ancak gider o suyu terli sürede bosaltanadigi için ayaklarım sürekli kendi kirimde duş aldim. Kısa seyahat diye tras takımı goturmemistim. Tras takımı, dış seti gibi kitler olabilirdi. Yani idare eder ama fiyat performans açısından vasatti. Yani bu fiyata oda mi geniş ve knforluydu, banyo mu genişti, odada basakaca imkanlar mi vardı... değil... Her otelde olan ayakkabı temizleme sünger bile yoktu...
