It was the worst stay we had. No towels at all, cigarette smoke through the hotel room, foul smell in the hallways. No tissue or paper towels in the room. There were missing light bulbs in the lamps in our room. Just awful stay.
There was no towels no wash cloths no blankets no nothing. Worst stay ever.
The only problems I had were the room was too cold and required maintenance which was very quick and the water was not as hot as I would have liked for showering.
Room was big and had a small kitchen, however stove top was not very clean. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom had black mold growing on walls because there is no fan in it and the ceiling fan didn’t look as it had been cleaned in months. Vent where aire came out was also dusty. Nice new tv but carpet and furniture were old. Staff was friendly and helpful. Reported issues to front desk, credited out bill some but will definitely not stay there again with these health concerns in the room.
When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. Emily was amazing when she was there. When she wasn’t there and I had to get service (tissue paper or dish washing liquid) it never arrived. I had to go downstairs to get the tissue and was given wash soap to use for the dishes. The best part of our stay was the T.G.I. Friday’s next door
I love Homewood Suites. We have been here for over a month, and the hotel is just great. You couldn't feel more at home! The staff is wonderful! I will stay here until my house is ready to move in!
I was under the impression that there was breakfast included. There were just yogurts and tiny bagels.
It was ok. It was your typical hotel room with a small kitchen. Having the kitchen really helped with having all the kids and things like that. It was a mediocre hotel though. Everything was clean but upon getting off the elevator, the 2nd floor had an awful smell. Maybe electrical? I can’t explain it exactly. The hotel itself could use some updating. Leaky ceiling in the lobby, luggage carts in horrible disrepair, front entry run down and needs paint and freshening. Overall, the room was clean, no bugs or anything of that nature (aside from my husband finding a t-shirt behind the dresser that didn’t belong to us on the last day while we were packing up)
It was a pleasant stay. Due to COVID, interactions were kept at a minimum, which was nice but for room service I had to call the front desk each time.
It was great and the rates were excellent. The pool was closed, and they were not serving breakfast even though it says on the website that they do. They normally serve breakfast and supper but because the pandemic they are not doing it. We were given a breakfast box that they were giving every morning with bread, muffins, yogurt, jam and jelly and peanut butter. In the breakfast area they have 24/7 coffee. They only open the pool from Memorial Day till Labor Day. Staff was pretty friendly at the front desk. The only thing they should be better at is keeping the halls cleaner. People were leaving trash outside their doors to get pick up and there was trash residues at some of the doors. Overall room was really big and comfortable and clean and the kitchen in the bedroom was definitely a plus oh and also the dishwasher.
