Great stay overall, minus a few small details...
Great stay overall & nice location in newly developed wharf area...Atmosphere & service are all awesome...The Muze restaurant closes a bit on the early side (by 10), however bar stays open later for dinner, which has decent food (Although was disappointed I couldn't try Muze, would be nice if they stayed open later like most restaurants in the area, especially on a Friday night!)...Also, the Room lacks a coffee maker, which is a slight inconvenience (most cheaper motel rooms often have one) and the floor lamp was left unplugged, which we plugged back in...All minor things, all n all, but did detract from making it a flawless 5 star experience that you would expect at other Mandarin Oriental properties....Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would likely come back!!

Don't stay there
It was absolutely terrible. Used to be a good hotel, but it's decaying. Internet wasn't working, they contacted off-site IT folks that put me on the phone more than an hour, missed dinner, had to order room service -- originally planned for a longer stay but had to check out after one night -- the front desk didn't even have the courtesy to take off the room service dinner off the bill. (People moving in the room on the upper floor could be directly heard... not very soundproof either...)
