Amazing Service… but
The trip was amazing overall. The rooms need some work! Blackout shades are not total blackout. Shower was terrible/ products are located under shower spray. Shower head is so high, water pressure is poor. The continental breakfast was weak- 6-8 small thin slices of fruit, yogurt, a spoonful of toasted oats, and white bread toasted… no gluten free or whole wheat option. The lunch/dinner menu, quite limited.

Everyone was friendly, service was good however, we were given a room, although it was big, had small windows and whited out so rather dark in the room and bathroom. The front door facing towards the open courtyard of restaurant and bar let all the music and noise in. Shower handle fell off during our stay. Hard to figure out lights and we were charged for water even though it was left on a tray with ice every night. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was nothing great. No upgrade or offer of a quiet room.

Best Hotel in SMA
The trip was absolutely amazing! The staff at the hotel were incredible and went above and beyond in their friendliness and service. I made the mistake to overbook events during my stay and had to rush to the airport without eating, and they were kind enough to pack me a lunch so i could eat something. It was so so kind. Also, i forgot about the covid testing requirements and they had a service come to the hotel lobby to do a full test with results within an hour. How amazing is that? Also, the spa is incredible, the food is wonderful, the room was beautiful and the linens were absolutely the best i've had in any hotel. Seriously cannot rave enough about this hotel.
