Beware of hidden service charges in final bill....
A thoroughly ordinary hotel, no energy. The positive would be a comfortable bed and high standard of cleanliness. The only thing positive about the "free" breakfast is that is is "free" (more on that, below), served in a windowless room, plastic plates and utensils. As for the "free", be careful to note that the hotel attempts to recover a daily travel agent/OTA commission via a "OTA Service Charge" in the final billing. Upon enquiry, was told it was a resort or hotel fee for the "free" breakfast, access to the gym and business center. The front desk staff reversed the charge when I complained, but the practice is unscrupulous and objectionable. It put me off ever staying at the hotel, again, or recommending it. Beware!

Very pleasant and accommodating reception staff. Nice room. Great bath towels. Good internet. Very enjoyable happy hour and complete continental breakfast.

The boutique hotel that is AWESOME to stay!!!!
The check-In experience was a bit wild because in he tiny lobby area there was a group of 20 people just hanging around to do their next activity or whatever they were doing. After that everything was great and I loved that they had umbrellas available for us to use in our own room and it was perfect because that weekend that weather was a downpour with snow that just ever stopped.
