Do not stay here
First, GPS won’t get you here, not even close. We mentioned this at check in and was told “we know.” This would have been helpful information on the hotel site. The hallways were filthy with leaves and debris all over. There’s a vacuum in the hallway - obviously not used. The room carpet is horrible. Debris on it as well and stained. As bad as this was, nothing prepared us for the shower. There is mold growing in the grout and the shower molding. The bathroom door stop has something growing around it. Shower is tiny so washing your feet without touching the disgusting walls is not possible. Beds are very hard. We had booked 2 nights and unfortunately could not opt out of the second night. Came back from sightseeing late the second day and the hallways still were not vacuumed. “Housekeeping” consisted of putting new towels in the bath and pulling the covers over the pillow. Sheets weren’t even tucked in. The outdoor noise was terrible. Kids screaming and crying until midnight. Doors slamming shut in the hotel. Went to the mall located close to the hotel on Saturday night. The stores closed at 7pm. Nothing else to do as we aren’t bar people. The pictures don’t show how filthy this place really is. Even the walls look dirty. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Close to ring road and easily accessible
Easy to get to from the ring road and there’s a large car park with no height restrictions. WiFi is good. Beds are comfortable and TV adequate. Kettle provided. But bathroom shower fixing was broken and when reported provoked no interest. No facilities here, so you need to walk to the shops - big shopping centre 15 minute walk away.

Functional venue
Receptionist was very helpful and the rooms were large. Breakfast is continental but there isn't a restaurant. It's located within walking distance to Dundrum so you can access many restaurants. Typical conference facilities.

Very Good8.0
Remote, but comfortable
This hotel is difficult to get to without a car. The bus service into the city is infrequent and it is not near any tram or rail stations. The room I had was excellent, very comfortable and a good shower. Breakfast was a good buffet style where you help yourself to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. I would stop here again if I had enough time.
