Great place
Our stats great only bad thing was we booked a room with a queen bed and got two doubles instead and the walls are not at all sound proof. We had very noisy neighbours beside us and could here them talking. Overall great place tho. Very comfy and clean room. Would stay again

Would Stay Again
A quck solo trip. Had a single queen room and would gladly stay here again. Comfortable and clean and friendly staff. Hotel was busy but not noisy.

Falls short on amenities
The wifi was horrible. It kept disconnecting and asking you to reconnect every 30 mins. They provided kettle and coffee maker but they were not connected to a plug point. The wires were so short that we had to look hard for a place where we can actually plug it in and not put it on the floor. There is no central switch to turn on all the power near the entrance, so we had to leave few lights open whenever we were out. This is not a issue but found it difficult to locate the fridge. Microwave was missing, but I did not check before booking so I guess that is on me.

Kitchenette is a necessity during covid.
We booked a room with a kitchenette due to COVID. However, there’s no dishwasher, dishcloths, drying racks. Ended up using our face towels to do dishes. Wifi was not good - drops connectivity and slow. Parking is good and plentiful. Ask for a room away from the main road where the trains runs by a couple times a night.

i love it
I love this hotel, I’ve stayed many times. The rooms are cozy and clean and have all I need. The jr suite has an amazing fire place. The outdoor hot tub is great after a day skiing but due to covid it was closed this last visit - still a wonderful trip. Fairly priced too!

Weekend in Jasper
Room has everything you need. Bed is super comfy and room clean. It’s a little older but not run down. Price is correct. Would stay here again. And the staff at front desk was outstanding :)

A little disappointed
Our stay at the Tonqinn was a bit disappointing. The heaters in the room were knocking so loud all day and night we weren’t able to get much sleep. Sounded like a repair issue, but The hotel was booked solid so there was no moving rooms. The room was fairly clean but the tub was rusted and not in good shape.

Good 1st stay but minor challenge with room heater
Large room with 2 queen size bed. The only challenge was the thermostat as the room is very hot, even when I turned the thermostate down. I ended having to turned off the thermostat and open the window (in the middle of winter) to cool the room down. Then late at night, it's too cold and we had to turn on the heater. It's basically full heat or off.
