Every staff member I spoke to was patient, kind, helpful, and looked me in the eye. I was upgraded to an ocean view room which was a lovely and an unanticipated joy. There are very comfortable Adirondack chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. There were loads of pillows that suited me well. The air conditioning works very well and is quiet. I was happy to have use of a fridge and a microwave. There was plenty of parking. I'm recovering from a broken leg and have a handicapped placard. The handicapped parking is in a perfect place. There is a little mold in the shower and the carpet could use a thorough cleaning. I found the ironing board, but not the ironing board cover or iron. (I never asked for these items.) There was no where to sit in the room but the bed.

It was a cheap last minute place to stay pools were clean. The room had an amazing view but it was not totally clean. Floors were still gross no toilet paper in the room. Had to call twice for sheets for the pull out sofa bed finally had to walk down and get someone to get me sheets. Check out was at 11 at 8am our key stopped working, another family member that was inside had to let us back in.

Lovely beach view, appeared to be renovating rooms. Had one room’s door open for over 12 hours and we saw multiple cockroaches outside. A bold move. Our room was not updated, but for the cheap price, we got what we paid for. It served its purpose but I was nervous to find roaches in our room. I’d stay here again, hopefully it’ll be updated by then. The staff was great. Helpful and kind. Easy check in/check out.

We checked in at 3 PM. The room was supposed to be ready. We walked into the room; the floor was not swept, and there was a dead fly squashed on the wall by the beds. We pulled the bedspreads down on both beds, and the sheets on both beds were not made; it actually looked like someone had slept in the beds. I was not even offered a discount or anything. Management came up, picked the fly off the wall, and swept the floor. It used to be a nice, clean, and reasonably priced motel that we always stayed at. Hopefully, management will turn it back into what it used to be.

The staff was friendly and helpful kitchen cabinets had mold growing in them. Bathroom tub was filthy. Also had black mold growing around the baseboard of the tub. Refrigerator had so much ice frozen in it that they couldn’t close it. Staff had to bring a new one microwave handle was broken off. Could not open microwave properly. Balcony door does not lock furniture very old construction everywhere. Hotel was definitely not ready for guest. I called front desk staff multiple times they did not want to issue any type of refund at all memorial day weekend 2026 very unsatisfied customer. Dead roaches in cabinet.
