It was good. But Breakfast was the same Indian cuisine.
I stayed hear for 10 nights in two different rooms. The fourth floor room was better than the third, as the latter had noise from the bar from 11 p.m. until 3 a.m. The fourth also had a USB charging port, whereas the third floor did not. Housekeeping was better on the fourth floor. There, the housekeepers impressively quickly caught on to my coffee bar usage pattern, a small thing which helped make the stay more comfortable. The fourth floor also had to glasses in the bathroom. The third floor had two coasters for such glasses, but they were never actually placed. Both rooms could have used an electrical outlet closer to the bed. Locationwise the hotel is close to the airport, but is insulated from airport noise. It is right next to a stop and Dubai's efficient metro, and plenty of Careems, Ubers, and to a lesser extent taxis are in the area. It is also a few minutes walk from the Juma al-Majid Centre, where I was doing research. Breakfast is excellent, with daily staples and about a four-day rotation of other options. The digital alarm clocks are a problem. The first night mine had alarms going off from 5:15 a.m. until 8:30 a.m., and I could figure out how to turn them off, so I just changed them all to within a few minutes of when I actually wanted to awaken. A person I talked to at breakfast had the same problem. Housekeeping should wipe all alarms between guests.
The condition of the room was stained carpets show tap part on wall. Also music from club below. Will never stay here again. Have stayed here 3 times before. That why I picked the hotel.
