great place
Great place, all amenities open with mask restrictions of course. The back is a beautiful amazing creek with a small island that has a giant Fir Tree growing out of it. I am surprised they dont post pictures of it. Its simply stunning. Its also a 5 min walk to main street. Rooms are dated but we enjoyed it since its a retro cabin feel. Besides we only spent time there to sleep and shower.

Would not recommend staying here..
I was disappointed by booking through hotels.com because for one the discount was only a very small difference from booking on ski resorts website and two hotels.com did not give us the option to choose the room like booking on the site does. So the room was up in the air, which we received a room we would have not picked. The condo itself had very old furniture some that were on their last straw and almost broken. From the chairs, to the kitchen table, and ripped bedsheets. The vending the machine had nothing but expired snacks in it and when I notified the front desk they said they would put in an order to get the food replaced but could not refund us for any of the expired food. The one benefit to the place was the hot tub and how close to Main Street it was. But overall very disappointed in the room and booking through hotels.com.

Perfect room for skiing/hiking getaway
The hotel room was perfect for a little ski getaway and the lobby area would be an awesome place to meet friends and hangout. The location is awesome and the room has everything you would ever need

Lousy bed.
The unit is within walking distance of Main street. Its a small unit (2B) which had everything we needed except a bed that wasnt concave with springs poking your back. A lousy sleep. My husband slept on the couch which he described as smelling like stinky shoes. It seemed to be overall clean including the bathroom. Very quiet as well.

Amazing location as it’s close to everything in Breckenridge. Only issue was check out time of 10am...who does that!? Also no parking after 10am check out time smh!

We love it here!
I can not say enough good things about our stay! It was so easy checking in, the grounds are beautiful, and wonderfully managed. The manager on site keeps everything in order and running smoothly. We walked every day into town for breakfast and dinner. Just minutes drive up to the ski mountain. Super quiet at night, and tons of fun for our kids! Pool table, ping pong, and lots of board games. We will definitely be back!!
