The hotel had a very bad smell on the third floor. There were spiders in the room. Lamp had webs all over. Disappointing for a Novotel. Would never stay again.

I have booked room for 3 days for couple with child. They have given very small room. Service is horrible I have prepaid my whole booking before checkin. But that had my credit card so while checking out They charges me for city tax that is fine but they additionally swapped 390 euro that I have no information. I can back and then I saw a bill in my credit card history and got to know that have charged it. Then I have made a international call and explain them they took some time initially didn’t agree but when I am providing all info he stared to look into this and confirm me it happened. Then he reverted my amount. But it is unnecessary hassle that I went through. I am really disappointed by their service.

Horrible room,rooms are much smaller than what is shown in pictures, everywhere looks old and dirty, bathrooms are probably 20-30 years old,dont be fooled by the lobby or the pictures they have posted online they are inaccurate, definitely not a 4-Star hotel more like a 3-Star.kind and helpful staff is the only the positive about this hotel.
