Generally it’s good. Nice room layout and design. But the room shower has only half glass door so when I shower the water is all over the place. Also, I will need to put the towel on the floor if to replace new ones? I find it a bit strange and not so clean.

The property had a private hotpool that could be booked (at an additional cost),with a lake view, given we didnt have time to arrange onsen itself, it was great to have this option. To be honest it was alot more convenient and we still had amazing Queenstown scenery on display
