We booked and paid for a king room, arrived and was told don’t have a king room left (we paid king price) they couldn’t care less. Also they don’t have breakfast ( they do give rotten apple in a bag to go)

Property is clean but none of the amenities are available such as the pool or continental breakfast which were part of the reason for choosing this hotel. The pricing should reflect these restrictions.

Very nice clean newer hotel. The bottles in the shower needed to be refilled. No conditioner!! No good when you have longer hair!!

Bed was comfortable. Pillows a little too soft. Chris at check in was great, was able to adjust my stay due to changes in the event we were attending. Checking out was not so good. Credit card was charged even tho I was told it wouldn't since I was paying cash. Lady at front desk had to call someone else to figure out to fix the issue, took a while for her to figure it out even when being walked thru the process by someone on the phone.

Great hotel nice location . check in went smoothly after entering the room sit down to relax before dinner . my husband says he thinks batteries must be dead in the tv remote . he took it with him to the front desk ? Gentleman changed the batteries. Back to the room still not working once again back to front desk where he was told that there was nothing more he could do except make a note for maintainace in the MORNING??@@@ No tv working propo
