Nice hotel, staff did not go out of their way to speak English or speak, at all, which is disappointing after a 9 day stay . Pool, sauna very nice. Gym small, but nice. Did not use massage services. Nice walking trail behind property. Restaurants limited around the property, almost 2 mi away. Breakfast good, but would have liked crepe, waffle, omelette station for the price. Beds fairly comfortable Need a car or taxi * hotel allows pets which is fine but should NOT be allowed inside the dining area out of its cage & barking. Ruined my dinner!

Please don’t go there. Terrible experience not even a two star hotel. There was a 50 people line to make check in. Charge us 80 usd deposit of minibar per room. Room terrible near Pool and vending machine. Bed were two single’s together not a king as I request. Minibar with very expensive princess 5 euros for a 200ml still water. Bar closes at 11 no breakfast after 10 am. Not upgrade as was communicated. Near hotel you don’t have nothing. Need to take a bus that’s always full of people and goes only 1 per hour. Taxi was 60 euros for a 5 min trip. This is definetly not a 4.5 star hotel. That’s false and will never staying again there. I prefer to pay 200 euros more for a good Sofitel or Meliá.

Such a beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great choice of facilities that are free for hotel guests. The cocktails were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and a great variety of fresh foods. Easy parking and a bus stop just outside the hotel, with free public transport on weekends it was even more convenient to get around. Luxembourg City is beautiful and this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable, we will definitely be back!
