Penthouse letter
Even though we arrived after our checkin peeiid began, our room was nit ready upon arrival. The front desk staff apologized and were friendly. The drain plug for the spa was not functioning so luckily I was able switch one from the bath tub to make do and salvage our spa experience at sunset. The facility was very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed ouur stay and ability to share private time with our friends.

My Vegas stay
I like the location of the hotel. Did not really care for the location of our room, on the first floor with a view of the pool. Also did not care for the music at the pool coming on so loud at 8AM! Especially after being out all night But everyone was very nice Loved the coffee machine in the lobby and soda I think I left something in the room, I called when I got home and talked to someone in the security. Unfortunately they could not find the item, but the gentleman I talked to was very helpful and considerate. I would stay at your hotel again But not by the pool

Bad customer service
The bed was horrible. It dipped in the Idle and I could feel The springs in my back. I asked if I could change rooms and I was told I could email them, and if they deemed necessary they could accommodate me. But I was literally standing at the front desk asking them to help me. The air was plenty of space. I’m sure it was very quiet around there. There was very few people at the pool. The customer service was definitely lacking. The lady at the desk told me to take pictures of what was wrong and sent that in the email as well but I was trying to explain to her. It’s just the bed and the springs were poking me and it was very uncomfortable and you can’t take pictures of that she was like no I mean of anything else which again didn’t make sense because I didn’t have another complaint. Weiss sent someone to an email address to someone hiding behind a cute computer when you’re literally there asking for someone in customer service to help you. It was definitely lacking then when I asked for a manager I got a manager of marketing who is going to pass me off to someone else, and it was just a waste of time, I did not feel valued as a customer. I felt like it was just a number to them, and it didn’t matter if I was actually happy or not.

Great Choice Great Stay!
We arrived early before the scheduled check in time but we’re greeted with a welcoming reception and before we knew it checked in and headed to our suite. I thought it strange at first that there was no valet service but that proved to be insignificant as parking was readily available, accessible, and within close proximity to our suite which gave us a great view of the property each time we ventured to or from our suite. We had a two bedroom suite with a nice kitchen and dining and living room areas. Our bedrooms in the suite were very spacious as well as the bathrooms and deck area. The entire suite was inviting and clean throughout…a home away from home if you will. Definitely a great place to stay and play and enjoy your getaway! We spent time poolside and enjoyed relaxing in the sun. The pool area was clean and well maintained and a life guide was on duty daily providing a safe environment for guests. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed the comforts of home in a truly relaxing atmosphere. Our experience at Cancun was excellent and when we return to Vegas we will stay at the property again as the price, staff, amenities, and comforts were amazing! If you’re looking for a great place to stay and play and enjoy your getaway with family and friends you’ll enjoy the Hilton Cancun on the strip!

Nice pool, could use a renovation
The pool area is very nice and the slides are popular with the kids. The rooms could use an update as they have a weird smell. We had the 2 bedroom suite which is very spacious but could use new carpet and a paint job
