View was great but room needs repairs/cleaning
The good news is that we didn't see any bugs. The bad news is that we felt like we had to look for them. The good: The view is spectacular - as long as your room is 4th floor above. Otherwise you risk looking into the palm trees Pillows were comfy A/C ran cold & was loud enough to block out road noise Set of 4 of dishes & silverware Good size fridge Good wifi Tiki bar with great view Pool area was clean Parking available on-site or across street The bad: Needs a complete cosmetic overhaul. Carpet was disgusting/grimy but surprisingly sand free Tile was grossly stained Holes in the door and bathroom wall Cabinets were falling apart Only 1 stove eye worked Was stuck in elevator twice "Continental breakfast" was granola bars, packaged muffins & apples No toiletries or dish soap provided Pull out couch was thin and tilting down, only sheets provided Charged higher resort fee than quoted Couch pillows were stained
