After I booked the hotel, I got contacted by Pavlina via Whatsapp. I had booked this stay as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I proceeded to speak to Pavlina regarding my wife's birthday and asked if she could help us with getting us a special room and prepare surprise for her. On arrival, she met us promptly and gave us a complete tour of the hotel and the room. My wife and I were ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY with the reception we received and the room we were given. Not only that, Pavlina had organised a toy for our daughter on arrival and she absolutely loved it. We had such an amazing stay and had multiple requests and contact with Pavlina, of which she went above and beyond for us. She organised a beautiful table arrangement with balloons and cake for my wife's birthday at the Premium Lounge along with surprise cake to our room too. I mean, my wife was in absolute tears of joy and happiness thanks to the great surprises planned by Pavlina and team. I had a last minute request of preparing a bath for my wife in our room whilst we were out so that when we get to the room it is ready for her. She managed to get it organised and a beautiful rose petal decoration and the water was PERFECT warm temperature on arrival. I do not know how she did it.... but she did !

Life of luxury!
Absolutely loved our time at the Mona A Salam. The breakfast and dinner buffets are other worldly. The bed was spacious and comfortable, even the sofa bed. The pool area was extremely relaxing, Wild Wadi was super fun and the service was too notch. We splurged in the meet and greet/airport transfer service which was divine. All and all a luxurious time.
