This expansive, luxury, private Spanish-style home, is located in one
of Miami’s Prime locations, in Highland Lakes area, offering
3400sq.ft. of space and accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. 7
bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open gourmet kitchen with gorgeous granite
countertops, double wall oven, gas stovetop range and fully stocked
with everything you need. Marble Travertine Floors gleaming
throughout, modern furniture, Wi-Fi, a flat 65” TV in living room
and a TV's in the bedrooms. A huge dining room seats, with extra
chairs. and a large Florida-room, with French doors leading you out to
the gorgeous backyard oasis with an oversized pool and hot tub.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE
REGULATIONS DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS.
PARKING: ONLY 2 CARS ALLOWED at the Front Driveway as per City
Ordinance. Strictly NO Parking on the Streets!
**Please take Note:
Video Surveillance: The property has video surveillance cameras placed
at the parking lot area, external front door area, living room and
pool area strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is
not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage
capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as
bedrooms or bathrooms and should you desire to have certain cameras
disabled during your stay, we can accept this upon request.
Noise Aware: The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device
to constantly monitor the noise level in our property and it alerts us
the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has
reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property
manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to to keep
the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from
neighbors and local law enforcement.
Security deposit is collected at least a day before check-in date.
Credit card authorization form will be sent to you, and security
deposit will be done as an authorization hold to your card. We will
also require front and back copies of your valid ID and cc for
