    Ok
Overall stay was good. We have 2 different reservations through hotels.com for same category of rooms. One room was big enough with both refrigerator and ample space in living room and bedroom. It was having coffee table and extra sofa chairs. All these things were missing in other room of same category. When asked to front office guy he told to check with hotels.com. He even refused to tell what kind of room I was given. Very bad experience.

Great location, but could use some maintenance.
The room was as pictured on the site. Everyone who works there was very nice and helpful. James in particular went above and beyond to check on us while we were in the hot tub and fixed a few of the broken jets - James is great! The location is also incredibly convenient to Heavenly Village and the state line with everything walkable. A few things that were disappointing: 1) the lock on our door didn’t work properly and we notified the front desk, but maintenance never came to fix it. 2) only 1 of the outlets in our room worked. 3) in order to use the parking onsite that we were given the parking pass for, you needed to get there early enough as one night we came back from dinner and the entire lot was full. Very disappointing given we were given a parking pass for our stay. They must have just given out too many for the weekend we were there.

Great place in the middle of everything!
This was our second time in South Lake Tahoe so we knew we wanted to stay close to the state line and heavenly village to give us access to restaurants and shops. 3 peaks caught our attention because of the great value and central location. Since we were just staying for a night we wanted a basic room and were happy with what we got for the price. It includes all the basics of what you need including a very comfortable bed. We also didn’t know the second floor rooms have balconies which was a pleasant surprise to get to enjoy some sun. They also are pet friendly which is great for those that like to bring their pets on adventures too. From our room it was an easy 5 minute walk to heavenly village and nearby shops. Since there are both standard rooms as well as suites with larger fridges and kitchen areas it also helps that you can walk to get snacks and groceries or anything you forgot without needing to drive. There is also a large public beach that is also 5 minutes away that has playgrounds and volleyball courts and plenty of room to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. Because of COVID some areas were closed off but we thought this place was very reasonably priced for what it offered. Next time around we’ll see if we can get a suite and stay a little longer to enjoy more of what Lake Tahoe has to offer. If you want a place that is affordable and close to everything this should be at the top of your list! @wanderingwithustwo linktr.ee/wanderingwithustwo

    Not such a good experience
We have stayed at this property several times in the past 10 years. The had new owners to take over the property a couple of years ago and they were supposed to do a lot of upgrades and remodeling but no so much. This visit because of Covid there is no hosekeeping but the moment we stepped in the room I don’t believe the carpets were vacuumed before we checked in. The bathroom sink didn’t drain because the lever to pull up the trap was not connected and there was hair all over the sink. The shower handle was so hard pull out and no water pressure. My daughters room pressure was so hard it felt like needles. They only left one packet of coffee and it was decaf. Mind you this is a one bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen but what if we both wanted a cup of coffee. The couches were grey and dirty and pretty worn. The comforter was so crinkled that I do not believe it was fresh and clean. Good thing we brought our own blanket. On the day we were checking out the fire alarm went off at 7:30 am in all four of the attached unit. It automatically calls the fire department. They came out, no fire no smoke and the front office was open but no employee around. WTH. I just think if you are paying $190 a night if should be a more pleasant stay!!

We barely had any toilet paper, the bathroom door was broken, one of the queen beds was broke and you could barely open the hotel door. There was also a shooting while I was there with my two little kids.

    Poor 2.0
    Poor management
We were so excited to stay here...when we checked in we absolutely loved it, the room was amazing and cozy however, there was an incident where a man attempted to break into one of the rooms which led to a shooting and a three hour standoff with swat involved. We were never notified of anything and I attempted to call the front desk over and over again to see what was happening and no one answered. We had no idea what was going on but were surrounded by police, SWAT and sat on the ground hiding for hours because there were multiple gunshots from across the courtyard. At checkout they acted like I was complaining about not having enough towels...they could care less that something like this happened and said they were in the office all night so I am unsure why they didn’t answer, I am sure I was not the only one who tried to call. This incident was totally out of the hotels control however the way they handled it was completely unprofessional and completely disregarded the fact that it was something extremely serious and people were scared.

Great location to Heavenly Valley / shops. Room was very cute and beds very comfortable but I can't say much about the pillows they were a bit too hard. Grest to have a refrigerator included & microwave available in the lobby. Most all staff very friendly & helpful!

    NO cleanliness at all.
We stayed there for 3 nights and staffs never came to clean rooms or change towels, bedsheets. Never came to to replace dustbin bags. You have to go and ask then they might do it for you.
