I like San Marino. This was my second stay there within three months. i couldn’t get them directly on the phone. i tried. i booked through Expedia, and was confirmed. Unbeknownst to me when i arrived to check in, they had texted me there were no more rooms available. However, after my concerns overe being confirmed they found me a smaller room, which had an air quality issue. The staff did the best they could, even a visit by the manager who addressed the issue right away, calling in maintenance. The issue wasn’t fixed but i did not complain further. The breakfast next day was outstanding, i didn’t have time my first stay, to have it. also was showed the small gym and pool area.
