A Great Modern Hotel With Nice Well Trained Staff
There are two different Lauren’s at the front desk and both are great...each making our stay perfect. The rooms were quiet and well appointed. The bedding was super comfy. Breakfast was not included for our selected rate, but at 10 Pounds was a bargain as it was beyond a “traditional Irish breakfast.” The bar area was part of the lobby, but the service was good and prices cheap. Great location across from one of the central transportation sites and situated in the middle of the tourist attractions and just the Hop On and Hop Off routes.

A few days away.
Excellent location in city centre very close to bus and rail station. Friendly staff who all helped us when FlyBe went out of business. Would recommend.

A City Centre Surprise
Quick check in service, nice size room for a city centre hotel. The bed was very good and bigger than we anticipated, so that was a bonus. Lovely walk in shower, that i require , so very good. I also liked the Taxi Telephone at reception, very handy. The only downside to the hotel was groups of noisey patrons who chatted loudly in the corridor and rooms in to the early hours of the morning..........but i suppose thats a city on a Saturday night ! Its good to see Belfast doing so well and requiring so many hotels.

Just a short stay this time, but service and comfort brilliant. Good dinner right in the hotel. My only complaint is the steps to enter — hard to get my luggage up by myself.

Convenient and comfy stay
The location is great, within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The room size is reasonable and the breakfast is very good. We stayed for two nights and found some of the towels are not very clean. Multi-car parking is just opposite the road and they charged only 10 pounds for 24-hr parking for hotel guests.

Very pleasant stay next to the heart of the city
Solo 4 day trip to visit Belfast. Hotel is conveniently situated a very short walk from the heart of the city, a reasonable walk or short taxi ride from all major attractions, and a short taxi ride from the City airport (not to be confused with the International airport) Room was clean, well-serviced, and sufficiently spacious for a solo traveler. Staff were helpful; check in and check out were very smooth. Breakfast (included) was tasty and had a good selection. All in all a very good staff. The hotel seemed to be a popular choice as there were many people in the lobby and dining areas despite it being low season (mid-February). Despite this room was very quiet. Minor complaints: although I enjoyed the breakfast, the dinners served by the restaurant (not included) were only OK and rather expensive. Exercise room required you to ask for a special door key from reception, which was mildly annoying. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasing to the eye but walk 5 minutes and you're in the heart of the city.
