Shangri-La Dubai: No bed, sleep on the floor!
We booked our stay at the Shangri-La two months in advance for three people. We were assured an extra bed would be delivered to our room immediately. It was not delivered even after we contacted the front desk several times. By 12am we were told that they had no extra beds and they would send up bedding for our 17 year old daughter to sleep on the floor! Can you believe a 5-star hotel treats their guests like this? Shame on the Shangri-La!
