Rooms clean and comfortable
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to my request of ground floor rooms close to exits because of my dog. Breakfast wasn’t much due to COVID which I understand. All in all I had a good night’s rest.

Hotel Housekeeping Threw Away My Property
Housekeeping threw away my personal items in the trash because they thought I didn't have a reservation the second day into my stay. They said that the full reservation was broken into 2 stays in their system and didn't realize I still had a room booked. They blamed Hotels.com third party reservation. Even though I only booked one reservation for the entire length of my stay using hotels.com

Nice for the price
Room was a small suite with full kitchen. I was able to cook and eat dinner very easily. In my opinion the beds are hard, but otherwise a good nights sleep. No noise from other rooms or corridors. You now have to schedule time in the gym and breakfast is bagged but still nice.

Super clean. The heater worked wonderfully. The staff was very accommodating and nice. One of the coffee cups in my room looked used and stained which was gross. The breakfast was not anything to rave about. They had cereal, diy waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and oatmeal.
