Det var väldigt svårt att hitta till deras reception och parkering. Låg in på en smal bakgata men deras adress var stadens huvudgata. Rummet var ut mot stora gatan så mycket oljud från trafiken

1. A la llegada el establecimiento está cerrado. Intento llamar por teléfono sin éxito. Después de 30 minutos encuentro el acceso al hotel preguntando a la gente. Resulta que la dirección que marca la reserva no es la del hotel, sino la del restaurante anexo a el. Le explico lo sucedido a la recepcionista: que la dirección está incorrecta y que no he sido notificado por ningún medio de la dirección correcta del hotel. Ante mi asombro lo encuentra normal, me dice que otras veces ha sucedido. Al final, al ver mi enfado, se disculpa. 2. Seguimos: En recepción me dicen que mi habitación es especial -imagino que positivamente-. Me equivoco, me entregan una habitación justo delante de la terraza. A las 20 h. tengo que bajar a pedir otra habitación, ya que el ruido hace imposible el descanso. Me atiende el cocinero, ya que no hay recepcionista. Me dice que no entiende el inglés, pero ante mi enfado, llama por teléfono y acto seguido me da otra habitación.

In de kamer was ondanks het feit dat het een non-smoking room was toch gerookt. Na melding bij receptie kregen we direct een andere kamer.
