Loud Long Term Residents DISREPECTING OTHERs
We booked 1 hour before we arrived that night checking in around midnight. We were given room 301. Room 302 was extremely loud with a baby crying at 2:30 AM, loud talking a man pounding on a drum and loud television. This continued for over an hour but we were too tired to notify the management. We just checked out this morning for an overnight stay in room 202. To our surprise the same shenanigans happened above us in room 302. Feet pounding, loud screaming, playing with a ball and dropping heavy objects at 3:00 AM. I think we were given this room since we booked and checked in after midnight. I believe the residents in room 302 are the same long term residents who were in the room the weekend before. We were assigned basically the same room area due to our lateness in booking and checking in. The hotel was less than 70% capacity due to the snow in the area both weekends. I believe the residents in room 302 had a late model Silver Dodge Durango with 2 skulls in front. I parked beside them both weekends when there were no other automobiles. Please inform the management that you REFUSE TO TAKE A ROOM NEAR THE DISREPECTFUL LONG TERM GUESTS OF ROOM 302. You will sleep better with this information. My three year old Shitz Zhu was way more respectful and quiet than this family.

It was terrible. We checked in and went to our room and there was a smell when we got off of the elevator. When we got into the room the smell was even worse. We left out for an hour and came back to someone sitting by our door. I took pictures and checked out. Bathroom was horrible also. The pictures online look nothing like the room.

The stay was terrible, not clean, room had odor,ants in room. I paid for a superior king size but got a regular size room was not what I expected picture on internet looked better . I didn't like it at all.When I first got there room key did not work. Elevator was slow, there were people walking around with no mask at all. It's 1am now and we are still not there. There are no refunds on Friday,Sat or Sunday. I really wish we picked another place.We don't even want to get there.

Had high expectations because during my previous stay at the property it was undergoing renovations. Unfortunately there wasn’t much difference - most disappointing of all is that the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, even my non-smoking suite. There were also unruly groups of people congregating in the parking lot. The front desk staff, however, were cordial as always.
