What was normally a good trip this time wasn’t good as usual! Room wasn’t what I reserved! Bathroom wasn’t as expected! Room service was delayed after I had to request it a 2nd time. Not sure about returning anytime soon as I’m in the area twice a month for 3-4 days.

Horrible molding stay
The guest in front of me was interrupted by a current guest asking to change their room because it smelled. The same guest came back down after being assigned a new room and stated their was no sheets in the bed. Our room was strong of mold. As we went down to complain the guest that was previously in front of us was their staying their room smelled. Please pay the extra $30 and go somewhere else. Thankfully the receptionist had no issues refunding us and told us it’s the maids service that’s to complain.

It’s was ok.
It was fine. We asked for a new sheet because ours was the wrong size and never got it. Maids only come if you request them 24 hours in advance. Some of the women at counter are rude. Elevator is sketchy. Our door you had to shove open with your whole body.

Usually good, not so good this time.
Asked for Room Service when I checked in - Never happened. As we got back to the room late, there was nothing i could do. While Country Inns states there are always fresh cookies, the container was always empty and when we asked the staff if there was more, they simply said we're out. This happened morning and evening.
