El servicio y la orientación de la zona con respecto a los tours por parte del personal del hotel y las zonas húmedas del hotel en muy buenas condiciones. La comida costosa de los restaurante y no con mucha variedad, los cocteles muy malitos.

Son unos incompetentes en el área de admisión. La Srta. Marly según la encargada nunca supo cómo resolver ante un inconveniente migratorio. No tienen las herramientas ni capacidades necesarias, a pesar que he estado hospedado en varios hoteles a nivel nacional y le explique el caso solo me tuvieron casi 2 horas en recepción sin resolver nada. Al final me hicieron perder el tiempo y dinero y me fui a otro hotel sin nisiquiera obtener la menor empatia por su personal. Muy bonito el hotel pero sus empleados, nefasto.
