    Held captive

    I was not pleased as I left one morning for a meeting to look at places for a long term future stay, they were very pushy about who I was meeting and why. Also I was attempting to leave through the locked gated area the host stated she didn’t have the key and couldn’t and wouldn’t open the gate, even though she had opened it several times before. Fortunately, I seen them push the button on the wall to lock and unlock the gate and let myself and the other people I didn’t know, that they were holding captive, out of the resort. Aside from that the resort was clean and satisfying, service was friendly. The location was in the perfect spot beach, shopping, dining and night life.

    Staff was amazing and very helpful. Little things as far as maintaining the building neede a little improvement. There was no privacy window in the shower so you could see right in as soon as you get off the elevator.

    Never Again

    Don’t waste your time on Marina Fiesta! Staff was very disrespectful to female guests (even when they are registered with their own room). Water pipe burst in the middle of the night and rained down on us and there was no apology, just shuffled off into another (cheaper) room. Too many other nice places to stay in Cabo.

    Our stay was short. I was looking forward to our pool view room so we could relax on the balcony. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case as our view was the opposite as advertised. The location was close to everything we needed but wouldn’t stay at the marina again.

    The people who worked there were very kind and helpful. However since they are at minimum capacity they should be taking this time to fix things. We had so many things in our room broken ceiling fav, ac, fridge, closet doors, shower door and sink faucet. The most important things in a room. House keeping barely replenish our room, we had to call for necessities like TP, towels and water and we only had it cleaned 2 out of 7 days. They are not very knowledgeable in food allergies and that is huge for us. We did all inclusive and had 4 restaurant choices and I would order food and tell them what I was allergic to in Spanish, and it would still end up on my plate. The staff needs a food allergy expert to teach them better. Again people nice but we won’t stay there again there are a lot of things they could do better.
