Grand Experience
I loved how the staff assisted me during my two stays there. I had not been to Japan in 12 years so, I needed help getting reacquainted with Tokyo and the surrounding area. I enjoyed my room. It was smaller than places in the west. However, it was clean, quiet and well maintained. The location was good and I felt safe there. There were many places to shop at and grab a bite to eat. In fact, Roppongi Hills offers high end dining to Mc Donalds. So, you could eat just about any type of food you wanted. My favorite was the Yakiniku places called Rintan which was nearby.

spacious rooms, great view of tokyo, clean, quiet, so convenient to all of Roppongi and Azabu. Roppongi Hills complex is super convenient for dining and shopping and there's easy access to trains. Mori Museum is attached and nearby are world class galleries. Not crowded and very clean so it feels very covid safe. Valet and taxis are super easy and smooth.
