Outstanding staff, location, and property.
Outstanding staff, especially Sedat, Taha, Volkan, and the other front desk manager whose name I didn’t catch. We had a rough start to the day due to a missed flight in IST, and Sedat and Taha were extremely welcoming, attentive, and supportive to our needs. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Location is 11/10. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are a 1 min walk from the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets are well designed. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Harpist playing in the morning in the breakfast area. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if I have the chance.

Best hotel experience we have had in Istanbul
The hotel is wonderful and perfectly placed in the Sultanahmet. Sedat was integral to our stay in Istanbul. The airlines lost our bags and he called every few hours to ensure they made it to us. Taha, another employee, helped us navigate the streets and led us to two delicious and unique dinners. Having been to Istanbul multiple times, this has been far and away the best hotel we have ever stayed at in the city and will be where we stay from now on!

The airport transfer we booked via the hotel was easy to find and was there upon our arrival. the drive was smooth and when we got to our destination, the hotel.staff, Taha, was very helpful from our bags going to the hotel, all the way to our room and after carrying all those load, he was also the one who fixed our needs in the room like extra bed, (whch we ordered only upon check in), the requests for phone wire (where he readily lent his own personal wire), and he was just too nice. the breakfast was heavy and the staff was just too great for words. they readily helped with our tour needs, clear on the costs and no pressures at all to book..they helped with shopping needs and even personally bought for us the item needed since they will easily pass by the shop. The location is perfection, jz beside hagia sophia, near blue mosque and topkaki palace, restaurants and shops. walking distance from grand bazaar and even up to Galata Tower!

Short stay
The stay was great and I really love the location. The staff was excellent and cleanliness was great. My only issue was being woken up by my neighbors in the next room the first night around 2 am. Finally put ear plugs in and was able to get back to sleep.
