This hotel was a great place to stay. I took my wife out for a valentines night, and the hotel was amazing. The bed was extremely comfy, the couches and decor in the room were perfect. There’s lots of amenities within walking distance, you’re right close to West Edmonton Mall, with lots of dining options only minutes away. This hotel gets 5 stars and I will definitely be back. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great rate at a great hotel.

The hotel was rather dirty, and the elevators smelled like something had died in them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the mirror not even touched (there was writing all over it when steamed from the shower) the blanket protector (fabric at the end of the bed) had crusty stains on it.

Chair and ottoman had whiteish/grey stains all over it...the inside of the coffee maker, where the fresh water goes, was filthy. The bed had a huge body shaped depression on the nightstand side and I kept on rolling into it: very uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Would not recommend. Much better options on that same road.

Entrance clean and inviting,didn’t use pool or hot tub.Upon arriving in room Tv remote didn’t work nor did the phone so had to go back down to registration desk to ask for assistance.Bathtub had broken enamel and no plug to retain the water

Overall it was ok. There was milk or chocolate spilt all over the phone and hard spot on the carpet where something was obviously spilt. The bathroom looked dirty specifically the tub the bottom of the tub was peeling and the grout looked super dirty. The room was suppose to have a city view and there was literally trees blocking it and the places you could see there was construction on the building next door definitely an eyesore. The tv was nightmare everytime you turned it on it took minutes for it to connect to the cable just kept saying there was no connection after trying plenty of buttons and checking the tv it eventually connected on it it’s own. Definitely disappointed on the cleanliness, the dingy disgusting tub, and lack of a view as advertised. Also at night there was a lot of vagrants hanging around going through trash and checking parked cars every night.
