Sad stay for such an exciting occasion
We were disappointed to arrive for our daughter's college graduation to an unenthusiastic check-in manager. Even though we asked ahead of time that there be a cot in our room, there wasn't one. It was only much later that evening that one was delivered. We requested that our television service be connected but after three nights it wasn't. We were not informed that our room would not be serviced daily unless requested and then after request, it still was not serviced. We had trash piling up and had to go to the front desk for extra towels. My husband informed me not to take these issues up with the manager because he had heard the manager raising his voice to another guest during their check out.

Not a Good Experience!
Many problems--(1) door into room was hard to open, had to put a lot of pressure to open or close, (2) no counter space in bathroom, (3) no shampoo, conditioner, etc., (4) drapes unhooked, (5) no instructions to regulate temp, (5) no booklet or info about hotel, e.g., breakfast time, points of interest in area, (6) shower spray too high to reach, (7) called front desk several times with no answer, (8) called hotel when I returned home about missing items; had to call several times because no one answered phone; finally reached manager, manager said they would check with housekeeping and call back, no one ever called back, (9) no place to hang long clothing in closet, (10) no alarm clock.
