You gotta stay!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast options catered to every eating preference, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our XL room with a balcony was classy and comfortable. The arcade machine kept the children entertained, and the rooftop bar was a must-visit for breathtaking views. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This was a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Starting with - theirs is no shampoo - soaps in the shower (crazy) you’ll have to go downstairs at the reception and purchase it from them! What kind of hotel is this? The smell from the sinks- toilets at night time in the bedroom is terrible bad - the bathroom floor very dirty with mould. The staff manager on the rooftop (Luca) very rude. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the location (close to the Vatican)

I wouldn’t know…
To be clear I don’t know and can’t speak to the rooms, but I can tell you that they will not give you a refund for any reason. I tried to cancel 6 days in advance of our stay because my girlfriend had an Addison’s crisis and is currently still in a Venice hospital as I write this. They did not care at all and refused to refund ANY portion of our booking ($677.43), which we canceled. To add insult to injury they pretended it wasn’t their fault despite the fact that we booked over 10 hotels on this trip and multiple through hotels.com and Expedia and others made exceptions to the non-refundable payments but they try to blame Expedia for this. Be careful booking and if you get to stay there and I hope it’s nice and you don’t have to cancel for any reasons.

Disappointing
I was travelling to Rome for the first time in a few years to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival I was given a warm welcome and the check in was fairly fast. After this the issues began. I went to order a meal at the restaurant to have in my room and the server didn't know how to process the order for takeaway, it took 15 minutes for another team member to come and help her. The key cards didn't work in the elevator properly throughout my stay which meant I wasn't always able to get to my floor and had to request a new card more than once. The movies on the TV didn't work on the first night and nothing would load on the TV. On the second night most of the free movies had been removed from the selection. I asked for a hairdryer on the first night and they said they'd bring it to my room. The team member arrived 30 minutes later with a pillow and didn't come back with a hairdryer that evening. I had to call again in the morning to request the hairdryer. On the morning of my checkout (checkout being 12pm) someone from housekeeping knocked on my door at 8.30am to ask when I was leaving. Not only did this disturb my sleep but they then came back at 11.30am to ask when I’d be checking out. For the price paid I was expecting a premium level of service and at the very least a good level of service. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned however there were so many bad elements that took away from the enjoyment of my stay that I wouldn’t stay here again.
