People on floor made too much noise at night and in the earl morning. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am.
I would stay again. Clean, good service, and excellent location.
Room was clean and comfortable. I was pleased with that part of our stay. What I did not like was the breakfast and coffee. I understand during COVID all hotels had to go to a grab and go style breakfast. When I went to get that here it was Rice Chex and Cheerios boxes for choices with a pitcher of milk on the counter. I’m not sure how convenient eating a bowl of cereal on the way to the airport is, but I found it not reasonable. Also the coffee was cold at 7am. Any other place we stayed on our trip had a bagged to go breakfast- sausage egg cheese biscuit, fruit, yogurt etc. I feel for a free breakfast offering, it was terrible. Did they technically offer breakfast, yes ,but not feasible for an on the go set up as required.
Stay for early flight. Shuttle and wake-up call was helpful. Breakfast not available early. Elevator was a little outdated and property overall could use some updates. Worked for what was needed.
We booked this for a one night stay before an early flight departure. I had 2 requirements a pool for my kids and a shuttle. The pool was green and the shuttle service is not 24hrs so I could not make a 5:30 am flight using their shuttle.
It was New Year’s Eve. There were lots of loud guests until 4am! When I complained they didn’t even offer me a discount
The water was not hot to take a shower, at night nor at 430 am prior to heading to the airport. The bathtub didn’t drain water, I stood in about 3” when I showered. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. I tried to reset it to no avail. If all this wasn’t bad enough there was a fire alarm just before midnight. All of the guests were outside in about 20 degree weather for over half an hour. We were never told it was ok to go back inside. I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns, even this one but I will never stay at another one nor will I recommend them.
So my gf and I stayed for a night passing through. Overall, the stay was acceptable and the room itself was adequately cleaned. Check in was fine as well as service. We were told at check in we would have a covid safe to go breakfast with burritos etc. When we arrived for breakfast 30 mins after it start the only thing sitting there were to go cereals and a “community” gallon of milk. If this is a covid and germ free breakfast why are we using the same gallon of milk for everyone. This appears that the hotel has no regard for safety in the midst of a covid climate and would just prefer to save money while still putting patrons at risk. Had there been individual milks versus a community gallon of milk I would not have had this view of my experience. I believe this is a large over site and lack of safety. Everything else with the stay was good.
Extremely clean and well maintained place. Loved the room with a small fridge microwave and a desk. Internet is high speed
