We were moved from an excellent room due to electrical fault. Allegedly upgraded due to us being severely inconvenienced however it was a major downgrade. Room smelt of sewerage and staff did not investigate and appeared not to care about our concerns with “upgraded” room.

Bad room provided
Well, The room was big but we were booked a room for 1 queen bed and 2 single bed but the room they gave me was 1 queen bed and 2 sofa bed. If you are providing a sofa bed please write it clearly. Front office was provided me 2 room keys but one can’t access to the hotel front door. I have been told them about this happen but they ignor it because they saw someone else using the front door without any problem.

We stayed in the Superior Studio, 2 Queen Beds which had plenty of room for four adults. Small kitchenette, small round table and a balcony. The staff were welcoming and courteous. We did not venture around the property so I am unable to comment. We would consider staying again
