The employees are just phenomenal. They go beyond to serve you and spent good time talking to us. The last time I was there I made a friend that we communicate quite often. They make you feel better than family.

Termite Infested Room
There is no elevator which made it a little difficult for my infant and kids. But my room was infest with bugs. Bugs on the bed and bugs in the bathroom. When I brought it to the front desk attention they laughed. The man walked to my room to show me it wasn’t a big deal because they were termites. They ended up moving me to the first floor which was more convenient since there is no elevator. But no apology or partial refund was given for the bugs. The rooms were dirty and I will never stay there again.

Smokers should be banned ~ This should function as a smoke free facility. Canadian smokers are attracted to this property because of the liberal smoking policy and lax enforcement. Flags and banners should not be permitted to hang from patios and or balconies. Glass should not be permitted in or around pool area.

The property changed from last year. New management. Food wasn’t good cold. Breakfast was the best. Staff mostly good several not good. They cater to their own people. Each day always something they needed to say to white people. Nit picking. Was very upset from staying there last year. Giavinta the entertaining manager was not good. Making rules as we went. Was ready to go home after 8 days in my 2 week vacation. Several couples not going back. I rate the resort maybe a 2 star.

The property needs to be consistent on their rules and not change them for every guest that complains.. example holding pool chairs with towels.. where people can or can not smoke ... non of these were a problem for us but some people made a huge stink and if rules were consistent then everyone would be fine.
