    We’ll book again!

Hotel is beautifully updated! Our room was very comfortable although the handicap shower (not requested) was over the top with 5 grab bars but the Kohler fixtures still dumped water from the tub spout while using the shower heads. Send up the plumber to fix this! Great complimentary breakfast buffet and super location allowed us to walk to our concert venue.

    Great staff(dwayne) from the buffet

This is a new hotel about 6 months old...used to be a parking garage and it transformed quite nicely. The amenities are the same or better than other hyatt places ive been to. The free breakfast buffet was great(not just bagels toast and coffee) they had a good spread! Their staff was fantastic. We showed up to the buffet late as it was closing but The banquette person Dwayne was so accomidating and let us in to get the last remaing foods. He was busy shutting down but continued to serve us and be a great person. We will definately come back. Its employees like Dwayne that will make this hotel a success. 5 stars!

The hotel was nice however on the website there was no info on the parking situation. The breakfast food was not good the restaurant food was terrible and way overpriced! We will definitely will not stay again. If u decide to stay here make sure to budget the parking rates in ur stay nightly.

    Beautiful Hotel in Downtown Phoenix

Very nice hotel in Downtown Phoenix, great breakfast, super nice employees, walking distance to many venues, restaurants, etc. Although, I would not feel safe if I was walking alone.

    Modern property, fantastic location.

I stayed for one Friday night, and it was fantastic! The hotel is new, the property is very chic and small. It’s valet only, but I’m not sure where my vehicle was parked unless they own a separate garage off-site or something. I upgraded an extra $10 or so for a “city view” (I knew I couldn’t be seeing much since the hotel is 7 or 8 stories high) but I got put on the 2nd floor which I thought was sort of silly, I got a view of a street and a parking garage. My room was very clean & modern and similar to other new Hyatt Place’s. I’ll be back!

    Not clean

Somebody stayed in my room before I got there and apparently shaved all over the place…housekeeping didn’t notice and left it. Gross.

Stay was okay but don’t pay for valet!

Paid $37 for my valet one night stay and when it came time for dinner and my car to be brought they kept saying someone was going to get it. 25-30minutes goes pasted and they pull up with 3 valet boys in my car I don’t appreciate that considering no one is wearing a mask and instead of going to get my car they take joy rides. No thank you

Prepare to pay up for parking

The hotel was definitely decent and pet friendly. I think the biggest gripe is such a small pet area. But the valet parking or parking in general was a joke. Our only options we were told is self parking for $30.00 a night OR $37.00 a night valet and that’s without them helping you with luggage. You have to bring your own luggage up with a cart. And we had a ton from being out of state. So the fee felt pointless and definitely way too much. We stayed 3 days so that fee was almost the cost of one night stay.

Closet space was small. Everything else was fantastic. Onsite restaurant was very good but pricy, though good values were available at happy hour.

    nice place downtown

We had a good stay at this hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable and well located downtown. The only negatives were the off premises parking and the always present construction work downtown that is hard to navigate for a visitor not used to the roadways and signage --otherwise great
