Nice place, I would stay here again....
Beds were mediocre. The shower head was not great and sprayed in a few directions. The breakfast was also on the mediocre side. The staff for most part were excellent and the building and location are great for the price. Overall, good stay. Thanks!

Incompetence
This review is for the cleaning crew, lost and found department and front desk. We stayed there from April 28 - April 30. We accidentally left a hand made doll in room 318. We have been calling since Sunday. It’s a mission to find someone in front desk. Lost & found never answers. We made a claim as instructed.We called daily. Spoke to different people. Finally today , Friday May 5th, we were told they didn’t find the doll. I have a picture of the doll inside the room. My daughter never went out of the room with the doll. When we checked out on Sunday, we went straight to our car. We drove home and didn’t stop anywhere in between. The doll is from Ukraine. It was ordered the day before the war and the maker still managed to send it to me so it holds sentimental value. Someone from the hotel must have taken the doll. The doll didn’t walk out on its own nor magically disappear. The cleaning staff is not doing its job effectively. We did find someone’s earring in room 320 on the night we got there. This indicates that they are not cleaning properly nor reporting missing items. We were assigned room 320 at first. Around midnight, we realized the black-out curtains were missing. We had to wake up our kids and move to room 318. I called the front desk many times with no answer. My husband had to go down to speak to someone. The only positive thing about our stay is the extended late check out.
