Arrived to a beautiful resort one day, tested positive for Covid next and was made to pay for quarantine time in downgraded room. Few speak good English. TV won’t turn off, phone randomly stops working, free US calls are not free, wifi is spotty. Have no idea how to be released, am working with travel insurance that I thankfully always buy. May re do the rating if anything improves

The beach is not user friendly- too rocky to swim or body surf. Real humidity issues in room showers and spa. Need to address mold propagation in those areas. Staff very nice and food is excellent.
