Great for just an overnight stay. Unless paying for first class cabin, there is no space for luggage (pack what you need in a small carry-on or can be easily retrieved), else have to spend time rummaging at the luggage holding area. Could hear snoring.

This is a place to rest before a long flight , it’s in the airport and it very convenient. It’s a little noisy with guest coming and going at all hours , but overall the place is very clean and they have a small spa, to relax in after a long day.

I just need a place to stretch out for the night and shower before I hit the road the next day. I got to KIX at 10pm and not staying in Osaka. It does not give me time to get to a hotel of my destination so this works. If you are light sleeper, you will probably be wake up by zipper opening and closing and so is the screen of each cabin as people arrive and leave.
