Staff were really hellpful and friendly. Helped us with finding a bar we were looking for Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that is just our preference. Breakfast was a bit pricey but a very good selection of food and plenty of coffee and tea if you wanted to keep filling your cup up. Thiis is our second visit and would go back again.

Went for 3 nights, It was fantastic, The staff couldn't do enough for us whilst we were there, Really enjoyed the stay and the beds and pillows are super comfy and it's very quiet at night!

Stayed 3 nights,2 booked together & 1 additional night added. Had to move rooms after first night which was unusual. Curtains/blinds do not block oout light which wakes you up very early. Bar service was very unorganised, I think there was s heavy amount of new or trainee staff over foh throughout. Trainee on reception needs shot of coaching on guest service.
