Come to Savannah at least once a year and never stay anywhere else. Hotel is very nice, always clean and the beds are amazing. Only downside is you have to pay for parking but it’s understandable as you are right on Riverstreet.

If you like to sleep, go somewhere else.
Staff was great. The room is very noisy. This is apparently the street delivery trucks use and you hear them all night long. If the people walking down the street are loud enough, you can hear them too. A plus was that it’s near everything so you don’t need your car.

Quick stop in Savannah
Older hotel, rooms aren’t huge but they were clean and staff was very friendly. Pretty decent breakfast especially during covid, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs potato’s and other items. Concurrent location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Would stay here again.

Hotel was great. Either Hotels.com or Best western need to do a better job disclosing full costs when booking. We had to pay an additional $44 each night for parking (2 cars). This added an additional $88 to the overall bill

Was surprised to learn that we had to pay $22 a night for parking. Did not know that ahead of time, however, it was nice to park right outside our room. Convenient location to City Market location. Often quite noisy because of car and truck traffic. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The stay was okay. The room was not clean. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was a pile of Tobacco on the floor. The counter in the bathroom was dirty. I reported this to the front desk. A staff was sent to the room to clean it up. I was not pleased with this at all.
