Hotels.com double charged me!!!
The hotel was great for the price. Perfect Value. Hotels.com is completely botched my reservation. After receiving two emails that my room was fully paid, I got to the hotel and was told it was pending, so I couldn't check in. Called Hotels.com, they said they would get it straightened out. Find out that they just told the desk clerk to call Expedia, and gave them a bad contact number. I got fed up and made a separate reservation directly at the counter to finally get my room. Never again will I use this website.

Dive hotel.
Horrible. The front desk receptionist was rude and didn't know how to use the computer, she told us to come to the front desk in the morning but instead she decided it was ok to bang on our door at 3am non-stop to come to the front desk to pay. All because she didn't know how to use the till. Outrageous. Pay the extra 50$ and stay at a holiday Inn or similar. It will be safer.

NIce place
It was good. We appreciated the front desk lady at night, very honest and helpful with price. She was patient when we couldn't find the flush lever (turned out to be a button) on the toilet. I came down to ask about it. She came up and looked. The extra roll of toilet paper was placed on the lid right over the flush button. We had a good laugh. The morning front desk lady was nice, too. The only drawback was that there were no plugins on either side of the front of the bed. My wife needed to plug in her sleep apnea machine.

Unsatisfied, Unrested, and Urine
The remodel was in full swing and not quite up to par. The noise from guests in room adjacent to us kept my boyfriend awake half the night and the main reason for the room this time was to get some relaxation and rest in the midst of a long drawn out trip. The WORST part was that I had pulled the blankets up toward my head to snuggle in after falling asleep somewhat and the Urine smell on the blanket and sheets was so outrageously strong and nauseating that I had to switch beds entirely and take a shower to remove the smell from my hair and skin. The floor to bear feet was very sticky and also smelled like urine. It was a long night to say the least and caused us to have to pull over on the side of the highway later that day, just to catch an hour nap so we could make the drive home. Not Happy at all!
