    Pocas medidas contra Covid

    Las instalaciones están bien y la comida es rica, pero tienen muy pocas medidas sanitarias relativas al COVID. No revisan cuánta gente ingresa a los elevadores, en la alberca decía que solo podía estar cierto número de personas, sin embargo, siempre había más personas del número permitido, había personas en la alberca con ropa y no con traje de baño. Los restaurantes siempre estaban llenos al límite de su capacidad y toda la gente tocaba los utensilios al servirte la comida. En conclusión no lo recomendaría!

    Their service is exceptional and everyone is very attentive and helpful if you need something. My daughter’s air conditioning in her room wasn’t working and we told them about the problem and they fixed it within one hour. They are taking all precautions necessary during COVID-19 and we all felt very safe to be there.

    it was very large, many many rooms and people and just not enough staff to accommodate everyone. The property was maintained but felt it wasn't overall clean enough. the lobby and front desk staff did not give us any information about anything. the phones never worked all the time. maid service was ok but floors never mopped. bed linens were not always clean, stained and one of our covers looked like it had bird poop on it

    Food was good, really never waited in line. To get a good variety eat breakfast earlier than later. Beautiful Pool and the swim up bar was great! A bit out of the way if you want to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. Hard to get a Taxi or Uber to go where you want because they are in two different States, Jalisco and Nayarit. But all in all a pretty good place to go and just hang out, eat and drink! I would definitely recommend the Steak house, food was the best and right on the beach so you can sit and enjoy a good meal and sunset!

    Just got back from an 8 day stay. Food was pretty good, could usually find something everyone in our family liked. The beach area is beautiful with mature palm trees and lots of shade or sun...whatever your preference, but they need to work on keeping it cleaner! Cigarette butts and overflowing garbage cans didn't help enhance the beauty of this space. Great location on the Nuevo Vallarta beach. Sax player in the lobby bar was great! Rooms were fairly clean and stocked with water and beverages daily. A/C functioned well. With all-inclusive's....you absolutely get what you pay for. This one is good value for the price.

    Older building but beautiful nonetheless. The room had a slight musty smell but its on the beach and humid so that is to be expected. I would stay again regardless. A week was not enough here. The staff our amazing. Only compliant there was as we were packing to check out we had three maids knock then walk in as we were getting ready. They have amazing wait staff and everyone goes out of their way to make sure your having a good time. I cant wait to come back.
