    Was not pleased with cleanliness of the room. Floor was unswept and paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. Room was listed including a jacuzzi tub but had a regular bath tub.

    First room had no cable box and a bad leak from AC . Moved next door but both rooms smelled stale as if carpet needs to be cleaned. Other than that it was ok.

    Almost 45 minutes to check in. She said the system cancelled my reservation even though I called and informed her as soon as I booked I would be close to 3am arriving. She gave me a key to a room that had the a/c tore apart on the floor in pieces. She gave me a different room that the key would not open. Finally, I got a double bed room (even though I booked a king) the room smelled like cat urine but I needed somewhere to sleep as I was delirious at that time.

    Never again!
    So, first issue I had was that the room I booked was NOT the room I was given. I walk in the room and it was dirty and smelled of smoke. The bed, cover, sheets, and pillows were WET. I contacted Hotels.com to tell them the situation. Apparently they booked the jacuzzi room even though it wasn't available for use. I paid extra for that room. They told Hotels.com they would change my room. I go downstairs and they say they aren't switching my room, they are just going to clean it and not to worry, I wouldn't be charged for the smoke smell. At this point, I'm frustrated. I am a smoker, had every intention of going outside, but with the rude staffs behavior, I said screw it. The fee was only $50, not terrible. They cleaned my room, but didn't change out the bedding or pillows, they were still wet when I returned to my room. It stayed damp all night, we couldn't sleep and based on the behavior of the staff, I wasn't going to contact them again. We left early, couldn't handle the state of our bed. Save your money, stay somewhere else.

    Mold
    Mold was found on the wall behind one of the beds which indicates that the hotel is not doing the deep cleaning after each visitor's stay that needs to be done especially during this corona virus pandemic. The staff did clean the area with bleach and a disinfectant after being notified of the mold, but during this pandemic they should not need to be notified, all rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay.

    This facility is very old, and dated. Our sheets and headboard both had stains on them. Run by people that don’t seem to care if you’re there or not!

    there were a few things that were wrong with the hotel. the switch between the bed had a short in it. the toilet was not fastened well, and wiggled. the air was hard to adjust. the staff were nice, and I do not fault them for the problems.
