Great family stay
Really great value stay in the heart of Banff. Location can’t be beat. On-site parking is an extra $5 a night but worth it considering it’s underground in downtown Banff. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good and delivered right to your door. Would recommend.

Romantic getaway in the heart of Banff
The hotel left a special note and little gift in the room in honour of our special celebration. Some of Banff’s best restaurants are just steps from the hotel so we did not have to bundle up to go for a meal. Our room was clean and the furniture and bedding in excellent condition.

Impressed with Covid Routine at our Favorite Hotel
We were very impressed with Brewster's Mountain Lodge Covid Safety. There was plexiglass at the front desk, everyone was masked, socially distanced. There was a list in our room of everything that is sanitized on each arrival. There is no housekeeping during our stay, so noone else in our room. Breakfast is pre-ordered (good selection) and delivered to your door in the morning. I ordered extra coffee packets at the desk, and they were delivered quickly. Express checkout is available. Overall, we were totally happy with our stay.

Great little property!
I didn't have big expectations for the Brewster hotel , but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! Firstly, fantastic location, it's near everything you would want and need in town! It's a bit of an older property, but very well kept and maintained. The room I stayed in had no issues, and a decent view. (Maybe next time I'll request a room facing Bear St.) Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. The shops on the main floor are convenient without having to go outside. Room prices included a continental breakfast of a few chosen items, which was brought to the door. The only small complaint would be the sound of the ice machine down the hall, dropping fresh ice every 20 mins or so. At night it's a bit annoying hearing that crash while trying to sleep. All in all though, a nice place to stay while in Banff!

Fabulous stay
Front desk staff is very helpful. The breakfast was good , choices of hot and cold. They also delivered it to your door. The room is clean and comfortable. Good job to the housekeeping. I will stay here again.
