Great location!
Had a great stay at the Westbourne. Staff was efficient checking us in and out and moving bags into and out of luggage storage. Our room had a nice small kitchenette, the bed was comfy and the location was amazing!

Wonderful stay
Clean, well-maintained facility with daily housekeeping. Very helpful reception staff. My return stay without any regrets. Great assistance and customer service provided by manager Christian who was willing to go the extra mile. Proximity to Paddington Station and Hyde Park is a big plus for location of hotel

Great hotel, would absolutely stay again!
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable with good windows and blackout curtains. The shower was fabulous! The front staff were super helpful and kind as we had some unrelated trip hiccups. They helped us arrange an extra night when our departure changed and an early check in when other accommodations had a issue. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. They don’t have food (which they are up front about) but have lots of options within walking distance and are very convenient to transportation.
